From a young age Liz Pederson had a keen eye for art & fashion, her diverse background and experience creates a unique style accredited only to her and her artistic talent. She has the innate ability to bring out the natural beauty of her subject, no matter the gender, ethnicity or character portrayal.

Liz graduated from the prestigious Blanche Mac Donald in 2005 in Makeup Artistry. She started with MAC Cosmetics while in school, and honed her skills with them for the next 4 years. Her work with MAC thrust her into the Vancouver fashion scene, which enabled her to work on-set and on runway shows. While working on-set, Liz realized her passion for hair styling.

In 2007 she enrolled in Blanche Mac Donald’s International Hair Program. After graduating with honours, Liz began working for the edgy and stylish salon The Chop Shop Vancouver. Surrounded by so many talents at the salon, Liz sharpened her creative colour skills, barbering skills and retro styling skills. She also had the opportunity to showcase her talents on The Chop Shop reality series, which aired on the Slice Network in 2009.

Over the past 9 years Liz has cemented herself in Vancouver as an in-demand artist. She is most known for her work on Indian bridal events because of her ability to create bold and glamorous makeup and hair styles. Liz has extended her talents to such companies as; L’Oreal, Jean Paul Gaultier, Lancôme, MAC & Chanel.

Constantly striving to challenge herself and to grow as an artist, Liz has competed in numerous competitions. Her most recent accomplishments include winning Cityline's "Ordinary to Extraordinary Challenge" in summer 2012, as well as flying to Toronto in June 2013 to compete in the L’Oreal "Colour Trophy Awards" where she pulled a finalist title. Liz has also contributed her beauty services to "The Real Housewives of Vancouver" Seasons 1 & 2, and "Entertainment Tonight Canada"

As the personal makeup artist and hairstylist to Ms. Fiona Forbes, Liz has secured a reoccurring segment on "The Rush" on Shaw TV. Liz explores current hair and makeup trends, and translates the methods used to help Vancouver women recreate these looks at home.

In August 2013, Liz became the proud owner of her salon, "Rebels & Rogues Vanity Parlour" in the heart of Olympic Village. {www.rebelsandroguesparlour.com} This intimate space showcases not only her makeup talents but her hair cutting, colouring, styling, barbering and extension work. "Liz Pederson Beauty" will continue to remain her secondary business, catering mobile hair and makeup for bridal, film & Tv, and editorial.

Liz's professional demeanour and intuitive sense for beauty make her an asset among the top beauty talents in Canada.
